Terms of Service
Effective 13 May 2026
1. About the application
3life Hub (the “Application”) is a personal productivity application hosted at hub.3life.in and distributed as a private Android APK. It is operated by Jitender Bishnoi (“Operator”) for personal use. There is no public sign-up; access is gated to one allowlisted email address.
2. Acceptance
By signing into the Application you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in.
3. Eligibility & account
The Application is intended for the Operator’s personal use only. Access is technically restricted to one allowlisted email address. Attempting to bypass the allowlist or to access another person’s data is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the Application.
- Use it for any commercial offering — the Application is provided for the Operator’s personal use only and is not licensed for resale.
5. Third-party services
The Application integrates with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, Sheets), Anthropic Claude, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and other infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Use of those features is also governed by the respective third party’s terms.
6. AI-generated content
The Application uses large language models (Anthropic Claude) to produce summaries, draft replies, categorizations, and other generated text. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. The Operator is responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it; draft emails are presented for explicit review and approval before send.
7. Intellectual property
The Application’s source code, design, and brand belong to the Operator. Content the Operator stores in the Application (notes, journal entries, files, etc.) remains the Operator’s property.
8. Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Operator does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. Use of features that store sensitive information (the encrypted vault, financial records, etc.) is at the Operator’s own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of use of or inability to use the Application.
10. Termination
The Operator may stop running the Application or revoke access at any time. The Operator may also delete stored data on request from the user at jitender@getcomplai.com.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated; the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
